FAQs

1.  How do you ship your products and when will they arrive?

Products are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground depending on the weight/size of the product, unless otherwise specified. Delivery timeframes are specified during checkout.  Due to the large number of personalized items, p
lease allow up to 3-5 business days for items to ship.  On average, most packages will be completed and arrive to you within 5-10 business days depending upon your location. If any of the products you have placed on your order are on a backorder status, we will notify you by via e-mail.  

2.  Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.  If you would like a product shipped to other countries, please email:

We are happy to offer suggestions and help make your wedding day special and unique.  Just drop us an email at support@sweetestgifts.net and a customer support specialist will assist you with ideas and suggestions.  For large quantity orders, we offer bulk discounts as well and will be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.

We are happy to offer suggestions.  Just drop us an email at
support@sweetestgifts.net and a gift specialist will assist you with ideas and your order.  Let us know the type of occasion/event, something about the recipient (hobbies, interests, etc) and we will do our best to find a unique product just for them.
